Learn directly from Saeed Khan and Jason Knight

Great course & easy to consume alongside a busy work schedule. There were a lot of topics covered- and all clearly explained. The content reinforced several concepts I've applied in the past so this was a great refresher and gave me some new ideas on how to apply them. The live sessions were very valuable to talk about current challenges.

I'm not quite sure what I expected going into the course, but I was introduced to a number of techniques and new ways of thinking that pushed me to do more to help enable our commercial teams.

Loved the fact that there are prerecorded training materials I can watch whenever I have time, plus the in-person live sessions. A big bonus for me was realising that the materials don’t expire when the course ends. I definitely plan on coming back to review and revisit things over time to assess our progress. I enjoyed how open Jason and Saeed are during the in-person sessions. The only thing that could have been better was the attendee turnout to these sessions. I ended up being the only person there, which was both a blessing and a curse :) as it would be good to see where others are, what problems they have and how they are addressing them internally. On the other side, being the only one there, those were great coaching sessions for me!

Highly practical course for product people aiming to navigate the complex yet essential relationship with Sales. The deep dives into ICP development and managing sales-led feature requests stand out. The final 1:1 session with Saeed was a highlight.

Jason and Saeed demonstrate the fundamentals for working with Sales with the experience and pragmatism for actually it really work. Would recommend to anyone in B2B working with Sales, Product Manager or not.
